"Five days in the serene surroundings of Northern Portugal brought me more than I could ever have imagined. Far away from the daily hustle and bustle, I found something I had been unconsciously looking for all this time: coming home to myself.

It is remarkable how quickly you can change course when you find the peace to turn inward and really listen to what lives inside you. In the silence of nature I came to a deep connection with my emotions. Without judgment, without a mask. Just pure and sincere.
