The Solo Journey lasts 6 months and consists of 3 phases:
1. Onboarding
2 hours of digital coaching to determine breakthroughs in life happiness, leadership and business success.
2. Retreat
5 days retreat in Portugal to push boundaries in your life, leadership and business.
3. Follow-up
10 hours of coaching spread over 6 months, focused on realizing your ‘Must Win Battle Sprints’ and your Spiritual Business Plan.
Portugal Retreat
A glimpse into the 5-day Portugal Retreat
Day 1
Arrival and soft landing
- Arrival, relaxation and culinary enjoyment.
- Time for yourself to recharge and reflect.
- Intention dinner.
During the evening program you will share your personal goals and intentions with the group during a special bonding ritual and a delicious dinner high in the mountains.
Day 2-4
Daily rhythm
- Spiritual day start: Yoga, meditation and breathing exercises in a modern business lifestyle version.
- Spiritual MBA coaching: Pushing boundaries in your life, leadership and business.
- Deep dive breathing session: For deep relaxation, emotional release and mental clarity.
- Chill mode: Time for self-reflection and rest.
- Nature experience: Hiking in the rugged Gerès National Park.
- Culinary enjoyment: Dinner at special locations.
Day 5
Integrate
- Spiritual day start: Yoga, meditation and breathing exercises in a modern business & lifestyle version.
- 4×4 follow-up plan: Action planning for the next 4 quarters, 4 months, 4 weeks and 4 days.
- Lunch, check-out and departure.
