Phase 2
Executive Team Coaching Retreat
During a multi-day work session, the team implements a High Performance Team System, translated into:

Phase 3
Follow Up Coaching Tracks
To prevent relapse in team development and to successfully complete the Must Win Battle Sprints, four Follow Up Coaching Tracks are scheduled over a period of 6 months. Each Track consists of:
- 2 hours Executive Coaching on individual performance fitness and leadership development
- 3 Hour Executive Team Coaching on Team Development and Must Win Battle Results
- 2-hour Executive Team Intervision on current organizational and leadership challenges
