The Peer Group Journey lasts 6 months and consists of 3 phases:
1. Onboarding
1 hour of digital coaching to set ambitious growth goals in life happiness, leadership and business success.
2. Retreat
5 days retreat in Portugal to push boundaries in your life, your leadership and your business.
3. Follow-up
6 hours of digital coaching and 2 peer intervision sessions within 6 months after the retreat.

Day 1
Arrival and soft landing
- Arrival, relaxation and culinary enjoyment.
- Time for yourself to recharge and reflect.
- Bonding ritual and group dinner.
During the evening program you will share your personal goals and intentions with the group during a special bonding ritual and a delicious dinner high in the mountains.
Day 2-4
Daily rhythm
- Spiritual day start: Yoga, meditation and breathing exercises in a modern business lifestyle version.
- Spiritual MBA coaching: Working individually and together to push boundaries on your life, your leadership and your business.
- Breathing session ‘Intensive’: For deep relaxation, emotional release and mental clarity.
- Peer intervision: brainstorming about personal themes, leadership issues and business challenges.
- Chill mode: Time for self-reflection, rest and making business friends.
- Nature experience: Hiking in the rugged Gerès National Park.
- Culinary enjoyment: Dinner at a special location.
Day 5
Integrate
- Spiritual day start: Yoga, meditation and breathing exercises in a modern business & lifestyle version.
- 4×4 follow-up plan: Action planning for the next 4 quarters, 4 months, 4 weeks and 4 days.
